If the candidate leaves or you decide they’re not a good fit in the first 12 weeks of employment, we give you back stages 2 &3 mentioned above.

20% fee based on the candidates first year annual salary.
Only paid if we succeed, however we do require exclusivity on all our searches, we will need to be the ONLY agency working on your behalf.
