By paying 33% you give us your commitment that you are serious abut recruiting for the role, in return we give you our commitment that we will fill the position.

If the candidate leaves or you decide they’re not a good fit in the first 12 weeks of employment, we give you back stages 2 &3 mentioned above.

12-week rebate period. If the candidate leaves or you decide they’re not a good fit in the first 12 weeks of employment, we give you 100% of your money back – minus an administration fee.
